Spring classes start on March 31 and run for 12 weeks, with a one-week break on May 19.
We offer online and in-person yoga and somatic movement classes. Our yoga classes are influenced by the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, while our somatics classes draw from the work of Thomas Hanna.
